If you have pictures, videos or audio recordings to share, there are different ways to share:
- E-Mail (no bigger files, better for text-based information)
- WhatsApp (easy to use, but can reduce quality)
- Cloud-Services like WeTransfer (best for bigger files)
Technical guidelines
You don't need a fancy camera, just use your phone! All newer phones have very good cameras.
If possible, shoot vertical and horizontal content. When asked by communications for social media content, it's usually vertical.
Horizontal: leave enough room on the sides that we could cut it.
